Finding the Right Puppy Starts with the Right Breeder
Choosing a puppy is about far more than selecting the cutest face. It’s about finding a breeder who prioritizes health, temperament, transparency, and lifelong support.
At CW Bernedoodles, we intentionally keep our adoption process personal. Rather than accepting deposits from anyone who inquires, we take time to get to know every family, answer questions honestly, and help determine whether one of our puppies is truly the right fit.
Our goal isn’t simply to place puppies. Our goal is to create lifelong matches between exceptional dogs and exceptional families.
Puppy Pricing
Our current pricing, reservation information, and deposit details are available within the Puppy Application below.
Your application is completely obligation-free. Submitting an application does not reserve a puppy or require a deposit. It simply gives us the opportunity to learn about your family, explain our program in detail, answer your questions, and determine whether we’re a good fit for one another.
We typically maintain an average wait of 6–9 months, although availability varies depending on upcoming litters and your preferences.
The CW Bernedoodles Adoption Process
Step 1: Submit Your Puppy Application
Complete our online application and tell us about your family, lifestyle, previous dog experience, and what you’re looking for in your future puppy.
Step 2: Personal Phone Consultation
After reviewing your application, Jessica personally schedules a phone conversation to answer your questions and learn more about your goals.
This conversation is one of the most important parts of our process. It allows both of us to determine whether we’re the right fit before any commitment is made.
We never accept deposits before completing this conversation.
Step 3: Reserve Your Spot
Once approved, you’ll have the opportunity to place your reservation and officially join the CW Bernedoodles family.
From this point forward, you’ll receive ongoing updates about:

Expected due dates

Step 4: Follow Your Puppies From Birth
One of the things families love most about CW Bernedoodles is the incredible level of transparency throughout the first eight weeks.
Beginning the day puppies are born, you’ll be able to watch them grow through:

Rather than meeting your puppy only once before bringing them home, you’ll get to experience their entire journey.
Step 5: Temperament Testing & Health Evaluations
During Week Seven, every puppy undergoes:

Personality evaluation
Families receive these results before making their selection, giving them meaningful information that helps match each puppy to the right home.
Step 6: Puppy Selection Day
Selection Day—what our families affectionately call “Puppy Draft Day”—is one of everyone’s favorite milestones.
Families select puppies in reservation order during private one-hour appointments.
Because you’ve been following the litter for weeks, you’ll already have a great understanding of each puppy’s personality before your appointment begins.
Throughout the day, our private Facebook group is updated so everyone can watch the excitement unfold as each puppy finds its forever family.
Step 7: Bring Your Puppy Home
When it’s finally time for your puppy to come home, you’ll leave with far more than a new family member.
You’ll leave with the education, support, and resources needed for a successful transition.
