Meet Avi – lovingly named by her young owner after his favorite food… the avocado. And just like the snack, she’s adored with the same kind of passion! This stunning tricolor ultra Bernedoodle is the perfect example of everything we love about the breed. Her loose, wavy coat, gentle spirit, and soulful eyes make her absolutely unforgettable. Avi has the sweetest way of knowing when it’s time to play and when it’s time to settle in for snuggles, especially with her brother.

Her guardian says her intelligence is unmatched, and it’s easy to see why she’s captured their hearts — and ours, too! They had this to say about life with Miss Avi, "Avi is the best of all the things. She is a ray of sunshine, spreading love and joy like confetti wherever she goes. A heart of gold coated in rainbow sprinkles. She is undoubtedly a human in a dog body, expressing the full range of human emotions. When we get home, she is a exuberant ball of puppy bliss, hopping about and spinning in circles and then shaking with excitement trying to sit in front of me waiting for me to give her the “okay” to hug me. Once she jumps up for her hug, she always pauses to look at my face, gazing intently into my eyes with the genuine depth of love and emotion you usually only see in romance movies. She is loyal and complacent, a rule follower to her core. Even when that means enduring whatever ridiculous game my 6 year old is demanding of her. Her love language is definitely physical touch. She is seemingly unaware of her size, sitting on everyone’s feet and almost knocking them down with her dramatic lean into them. She also loves sitting on people’s laps, holding hands, burrowing her head into your neck, and laying her entire 70lb body on top of my body or my face without a second thought. She is oh so goofy, making us laugh and say “oh, Avi” on a daily basis. She loves every human and dog she meets. She is known and loved by everyone in our neighborhood and many people in the community, winning the love and trust of even those who are scared of dogs or adamant non-dog lovers with her human-like sensitivity and sweet disposition. Soon, I know she will also most wonderful mama to her puppies. And after that, the best therapy dog at my pediatric mental health practice. She is our sunshine. Our rock. Our sparkly unicorn. Our “bestest girl”. Our family."
