Skip

Skip is our medium size F1 bernedoodle out of Magnolia and Leo's litter named after the residents at the assisted living facility Magnolia visits weekly. Skip was his litter name and we found it fitting that he keep this special name for our program, knowing there was something extra special with this boy. There are simply not enough words to fully describe how incredible Skip is! His coloring is so unique- he is a sable based, BRINDLE bernedoodle! If you look closely, his brown based coat also has what looks like tiger stripes! Sable coats are a brown- based variation of the traditional black-based tricolor that Bernese Mountain Dogs are most known for. Skip's dark brown coloring paired with the brindle undertones make his coat color one of a kind! Although hard to capture in a photo, his stripes shine so beautifully in the sunlight! Look closely at his side profile and see if you can spot the stripes!​ Along with his incredible coat color, we just love everything else about this handsome dood! He is happy, social, confident, cuddly- just an all around wonderful temperament and everything you hope for in a stud prospect. His structure is perfection- long and tall, but proportional and somewhat small for an F1. We are thrilled with how he has developed in every way! His guardian family has this to say about him: "Skip (Aka Stanley) is obedient, yet playful, social but still calm, stubborn (in the cutest of ways) yet incredibly devoted to his humans. I think one of his human siblings said it best - "he just makes us smile."
